Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (for cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, customization, or clearance reasons. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may return it following the return process and place a new order.
